1.2. Once you place your order on WhatsApp, we will confirm availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time.

1.3. Payments must be made via the methods agreed upon during WhatsApp communication (e.g., UPI, bank transfer).

1.4. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

2. Product Availability and Delivery

2.1. Products displayed on the website are for representation purposes only. Actual appearance may vary depending on ingredient availability and batch size.

2.2. Delivery timelines will be shared individually on WhatsApp based on location and order volume.

2.3. Delivery is currently limited to select regions. Please confirm your location with us before placing an order.

3. Allergens and Ingredients

3.1. All our products are gluten-free and made with care using wholesome ingredients.

3.2. However, if you have specific allergies (e.g., nuts, seeds, jaggery), please inform us clearly on WhatsApp before confirming your order.

4. Product Care and Storage

4.1. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to store products properly to ensure shelf life and safety.

4.2. Products should be kept in moisture-proof, airtight containers and stored in a cool, dry place, preferably below 25°C.

4.3. Consumption of products beyond their intended shelf life or if spoiled due to improper storage is solely at the customer’s risk.

4.4. In case of any medical issues, allergic reactions, or health complications arising from the consumption of our products — whether due to undisclosed allergies, improper storage, or individual health conditions — Gluta Go’s maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

5. Complaints

We take complaints very seriously and aim to respond within 12 business hours.

All complaints should be addressed to glutagokarnal@gmail.com. We assure to assist if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Orders once confirmed and prepared are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

6.2. If an order is cancelled before preparation begins, we may refund the amount after deducting transaction charges.
